Too many young artists - beginner, amateur and even professional alike - suffer from a poor “foundation”, which leads to physical injury, and loss of interest. To further elaborate, the concept of “foundation” is not merely limited the physical posture - it also includes a holistic understanding of: music theory, sight-reading, ear-training, structural perception, improvisation, and even (to a certain degree) composition.

Interest is paramount in our approach to cultivating, and prolonging one’s musical journey. It does not matter whether it’s a 4 year old boy who’s still learning the alphabet, or a 70 year old woman who’s always dreamed of playing that piece from her favorite movie.
